Drywall Ottawa provides drywall installation, repair and finishing in Barrhaven. We serve Barrhaven and the south end for residential and commercial drywall work.
Barrhaven’s housing is mostly newer, which shapes the work: basement finishing in recently built homes, settling-crack repairs in the first years of a house, and fit-outs for the commercial plazas along Strandherd and Greenbank.
New houses move as framing lumber dries. Nail pops and cracked joints in the first few years are normal — re-fastening and re-taping is the durable fix, not filling the crack.
Many Barrhaven homes were sold with unfinished basements. Before board goes up, framing, insulation, vapour control and any rough-in should be complete — and basement finishing often falls under a City of Ottawa building permit.
New plazas and office units need partitions, ceilings and rated assemblies coordinated with other trades. We work from drawings and agreed schedules.

Confirm the walls and ceilings, board type, finish level, protection, access and what is excluded, such as painting or disposal.
Board is hung or damaged sections are repaired, then joints and fasteners are taped and finished in stages with drying time between coats.
Walk the space together, check the surface under normal lighting and confirm any remaining items before the job is closed.
